App design for Iberia Express
We designed the app experience for Iberia Express to centralise key moments of the journey — from check-in and boarding passes to booking extras and real-time notifications — while allowing passengers to explore destinations and access onboard entertainment in a single digital experience.
Email overhaul
This project focuses on the UX and UI redesign of Iberia Express’s email communications to enhance user experience and brand consistency. By evaluating current email layouts, we identified key elements and inconsistencies, resulting in a unified template that improves usability and strengthens brand identity. Utilising tools like Figma and Adobe Illustrator, we developed wireframes and prototypes to optimise the information hierarchy, making essential actions such as check-in and viewing flight details more accessible. The design is fully responsive, ensuring a consistent and professional look across all devices. We also incorporated dedicated spaces for Iberia Express products, ancillary services, and third-party ads, balancing marketing opportunities with user experience. This redesign enhances visual appeal and maximises engagement and advertising effectiveness.
